Welcome to Pinning Day ("App," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using Pinning Day, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial study purposes.

You agree not to:

3. Account Responsibilities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Pinning Day or its users.

4. Study Content and AI Features

The App provides study content, practice questions, and AI-powered explanations intended to assist with exam preparation. This content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice, clinical guidance, or a guarantee of exam success.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it in a clinical or professional context.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, questions, explanations, software, and design — are owned by or licensed to Pinning Day and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PINNING DAY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
